With Yoshida Technoworks' VSS method, high-precision decoration on complex curved surfaces of CFRP and GFRP can be achieved by vacuum-pressing and integrating printed films onto the 3D shapes. This allows for the addition of designs such as carbon patterns, graphic designs, and gradients, contributing to reduced environmental impact by eliminating the need for painting. Gain CF sheet method [Structural reinforcement and peeling prevention measures]

High-strength carbon fiber "Gaina CF Sheet" demonstrates significant reinforcement and repair effects on concrete structures without applying any load.

The Gain CF Sheet Method is a technique that involves applying carbon fiber sheets treated with a high-impregnation adhesive to concrete structures for the repair and reinforcement of tunnels. It has passed tests for "flammability, self-extinguishing properties, and safety of generated gases," making it suitable for use inside tunnels. Additionally, the sheets are treated for high impregnation, which, when combined with a specialized adhesive, provides excellent adhesion performance. This helps to prevent sheet peeling during construction, ensuring safe installation. There are two types of sheets with different weaving patterns: the "CR" type, primarily used for falling debris prevention, which weaves carbon fibers in both vertical and horizontal directions, and the "UD" type, used for reinforcement, which aligns carbon fibers in one direction. With the addition of the new UD300, which has a weight of 300g/m², alongside the existing UD200 and CR200 (both with a weight of 200g/m²), the application range of the Gain CF Sheet Method has expanded.
